2. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics). No profiles are created about you. Fonts and images are loaded solely from our own server – there is no connection to external content-delivery networks.
3. Server log files
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores access data in log files: the page requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the IP address in shortened form. This data serves only the secure and stable operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, ride request) to handle your enquiry and carry out the ride (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This website contains no contact form.
5. WhatsApp
For enquiries via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) additionally apply. When you use the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with our number; data is transferred to Meta. Use is voluntary – alternatively you can reach us by phone or email.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – the competent one is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
